Johndro, Edward L. [Astro*Index]Born in Quebec, Canada, on January 30, 1882
Johndro was intrigued by the field of electronics and worked as an electrical engineer during World War I(1914-18) and after the war attended the National Radio Institute. His understanding of electricity and electromagnetism greatly affected his approach to astrology as he felt that changes in the electromagnetic energies might account for astrological phenomena. He also worked with the Sepharial system, vacillated between the starting reference point at Greenwich and one near the greater pyramids of Egypt. There is controversy over which system he actually decided upon in later years. In the course of the development of computer technology which made it easier to calculate more elaborate astrogeographical maps.
