"Out of Sign"

Said of an aspect in which the participating planets are within allowable orb, but their signs have a different relationship than that aspect. For example, a planet in 29 Aries is sextile a planet at 1 Cancer, because they are 62° apart, but the signs are in square. This concept seems to be a vestige of the early Greek concept of a zodiacal aspect.
