An eclipse of the Moon. Occurs at Full Moon, when the Moon's latitude is such that only part of its disk is obscured by the shadow of the Earth.

An eclipse of the Sun that occurs when the Moon's disk does not totally obscure the Sun. This often occurs during a total eclipse, from the viewpoint of observers who are outside the path of the Moon's umbra, but still within the track of the Moon's penumbra.
