Mundoscope [Astro*Index]A specialized chart which shows the planets in their actual astronomical relationship to a house system framework, or a set of great circles. The Campanus Mundoscope shows the planets in relation to prime vertical. The Regiomontanus Mundoscope shows the planets in their relation to the celestial equator. The Placidus Mundoscope shows the planets in relation to the ecliptic. The Local Space Chart shows the planets in their relationship to the horizon.

A horoscope cast "in Mundo".
This is a specialized chart or horoscope which shows the planets in their actual astronomical relationship to a house system framework, or a set of Great Circles. It is generally drawn for a particular house system or framework of reference. Examples of this are "Campanus Mundoscope", which shows the planets in their relationships to the Prime Vertical; "Regiomontanus Mundoscope" which shows the planets in their relationship to the "Celestial Equator"; or, a "Local Space Chart" which shows the planets in their relationship to the Horizon.
