- To fix this issue go to c:\program files\matrix find and delete all the files called Reports and ReportsU.
There are typically 2 of each and all of them need to be deleted.
If you are running Vista or Windows 7 the Matrix folder will be in c:\users\"your login name"\matrix - Download and run the latest update for your program.
